Admissions would be given only for those students who accept the objectives, the discipline and the programmes of our Institution besides the requisite academic qualification.
Selection would be based on the aggregate marks scored in the qualifying exams.
The list of provisionally selected candidates would be displayed on the notice board.
Admission would be confirmed only after submission of application and payment of fees.
Selected candidates should submit all the originals and would be returned after
finishing the formalities from the Pre-University Board/Bangalore University.
The Application for admission should be filled up COMPLETELY in candidates own
handwriting and submitted during admission along with the following: • Marks card
• Transfer Certificate (TC) from the institution last studied
• Conduct Certificate
• Passport size photos 4-6
• Caste and Income certificate for SC/ST/Cat-I issued at the year of admission.
• Study certificate
• Games or other certificates from the school last studied
• Admissions will be in accordance with the rules and regulations of PUE Board, /
Bangalore University
• Candidates should submit their application forms enclosing one photocopy of each
of the above documents.
• Migration certificate of students coming from other Universities/Boards
• Bonfire and Conduct Certificate
• Foreign students shall be entertained only on the recommendation of PUE Board
of Karnataka /Bangalore University.
The college fee has to be paid in full at the time of admission. Fees once paid will not be refunded or transferred under any circumstances.
The college reserves the right to cancel the admission of any candidate at any stage, if it is detected that the admission is against the rules and regulations of the PUE Board/ Bangalore University
Optional subjects and first language once selected by the candidate cannot be changed after the closing date of admission as declared by the Board/ University.
Regular attendance and punctuality are must. Hence every student must strive for full attendance.
As per the instructions of the Board every student should put in at least 75% of attendance.
Students will not be permitted for the class if they are late by 15 minutes. They will be marked absent for the rest of the day.
Long absence due to sickness should be supported by a Medical Certificate
Hall tickets will be issued to the students only when they clear all the “Dues”.
For accessing the student’s ability and classroom learning, slip tests are conducted every week in one or two subjects.
Monthly Tests and Term Examinations are conducted for thorough assessment of the students.
Attendance at all the tests and examinations is compulsory.
Discipline
Discipline is given utmost importance in this college. There is no compromise on behaviour and discipline, as it is very important in the formation of a good personality.
Possession and use of mobile phones by students are not allowed inside the
college premises.
The students are expected to show due respect and exhibit minimum etiquette to
all teaching as well as non-teaching staff of the college. They should be polite and
courteous in their behaviour at all times.
The students should not stand or loiter in the corridors and disturb other classes.
Involvement in (violent) clashes in and around the college is serious case of misconduct.
Ragging in and around the college premises is strictly forbidden. Those students
who are found involved in ragging will be handed over to the police and expelled from
the college.
The students must always carry their identity cards with them.
They must keep the college premises clean and handle with care the furniture, books,
lab articles, etc.
Organising any activity without the permission of the principal constitutes misconduct.
The hall tickets for university exams will be issued to students only after he/she submits a no-due certificate signed by the concerned authorities including library.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/Cat-I can apply for scholarship in the prescribed form, which will be forwarded to the authorities concerned for necessary action.

Students are provided with guidance on career options to pursue their higher studies. They can avail counselling by senior faculty in the respective departments, who motivate and guide them on avenues of higher education.
